SMART. BOLD. SEXY. EVE MAURO

If you are only looking at the image and thinking, “Wow that’s a hot piece of ass”, you may be robbing yourself of the real gift that is Eve Mauro. While she does have great sex and come- hither appeal, she is more than just a face. Like a dazzling dark gem, the light she exudes is a result of many facets and inner clarity made evident by her munificent nature. There is something about her that may remind someone of Brando in The Wild One or Angelina in Gone in 60 Seconds. She has a kind of lone quality, inner strength about her that we might all do well to imitate.

In an age where our celebrities and role models are all too often celebrated for their exposure over virtue and drama over substance, clouding our culture with a smog formed from the current TMZ and reality craze, Eve comes to Hollywood like a gentle rain to clear the air so that we may breathe again. She’s Hollywood’s next great thing. Eve is a Bombshell who has toiled long and hard for her dreams, and unlike the more prevalent model of modern celebrity, for her it has never been about the fame. In fact, she prefers the quiet, simple life, where she says that having less is more for her. Acting for her is more a means of exploration of self than a means to stardom.

Having been inspired by greats like Garbo at a young age, she knew there would be a time when she would leave her home town in Florida to pursue her passion. And so it was that five years ago she mustered up the courage and a little savings, packed her bags, told her family that can be very opinionated that she was only taking a vacation so as not to merit any objection, and began the current chapter of her life here in Hollywood.

She wasn’t going to end up saying, “I coulda been somebody Charley.” Eve followed her bliss and put her happiness first. Something that many of us find it hard to do with family, peer, and so many other pressures, especially when it is uncertain whether or not our passions will lead to any material success. She may very well be one of the leaders of the new generation, where we replace the belief that we need to be “Living the Dream” with the truth that we need to be “Living Our Own Dreams”, no matter where those dreams take us.

Even if it’s South Central Los Angeles off 54th and Crenshaw, not exactly Beverly Hills, but not so bad she says, “I actually liked it there”. Having been no stranger to hard work having started at the age of 13 in places like Taco Bell, she planned for living on less while she poured all of her finances and energy into studying for four years with greats like Joanne Baron, DW Brown, Ivanna Chubbuck and Leslie Kahn.

Modeling on the side while she mastered her craft, she participated in theatre where she was discovered just a little over a year ago by an agent from CAA, one of the greatest agencies in Hollywood. And within about one year’s time, little Eve Mauro has appeared in six feature films.  Her most notable co-stars are none other than Val Kilmer and Will Ferrell.

So what about free time? “It’s not always this crazy”, she laughs. Eve keeps only a few quality friends and follows her bliss, which includes the pursuit of her spirituality in her studies of theology, giving to those less fortunate, watching old movies, and the search for The Perfect Almond Macaroon.
